That experience gives us a practical understanding of what drives listings, demand, agent performance, and brokerage growth—not just in theory, but in the real world. Inspired by the music industry's tool sets like Spotify for Artists, we reasoned that promoting a hit record and marketing a listing were not dissimilar. We borrowed some of the music industry's recently tested algorithmic tools and applied them to RESS.
We combine that industry perspective with the newest generation of AI-enabled technology, data, and automation tools to rethink how real estate professionals identify and act on market feedback, sentiment, buyers' emotional reactions and other important signals. RESS is built around a simple idea: better signals lead to better decisions.
